Chapter 43
- "You still haven't changed your mind?" Kaia asked as she stood out the iron door of the dungeon cell. Her hands were folded on her chest with a grim look on her face. The threat from last time had set her nerves on blaze and she had several sleepless nights since then.
- Her best shot was the person locked behind the iron doors but just like the time she was free, she remained as stubborn as a mole. "I told you I won't be part of your scheme Kaia" the voice replied after a dark chuckle. Kaia sneered and glared at the iron door, wishing she could go inside and beat the person inside.
- "You call what I am doing schemes? Compared to what you did, mine is just a child's play!" She snapped, putting aside her pretentious tone. Once again the voice chuckled, "Mine was deprived of being pushed to the wall until I had nowhere to escape to. I had to be strong and find ways to beat my opponent" she stated with a light tone.
