• Both alphas felt speechless and scared out of their wits. They understood the message, and they couldn't imagine the consequences of their actions if they had been able to successfully purchase the silver rods. All their emotions and anger were reduced to nothing immediately. "Is this true?" Leonardo was questioned with uncertainty, his eyes filled with worry.
• He had been so mad about not getting the silver rod for the construction but only kept his cool because they'd been through so many shocking and draining situations lately. Who would have thought he had no reason to be angry at all? If they hadn't interrupted their plans he would have harmed their mate unintentionally.
