Chapter 9 Are You Curious?

• Zeus practically runs from the room, leaving me breathless and confused. My lips are tingly to the touch. I never thought that kissing someone could be so exhilarating. My heart is racing, and I am shaking. I have to remind myself that it can't happen again.
• Finally, I get to my feet and pull a pair of leggings and an oversized sweater from my suitcase. I get dressed and pull on a pair of fuzzy socks. I need to talk to Dad. I want to get a closer look at that book he had on the Imperial Pack. Before I leave my room, I gaze in the mirror, fluffing my hair.
