• Even though the clubhouse has been transformed into Nix's bedroom, whenever I can't find one of the triplets, I know they are in there. Zeke was eerily quiet on the way home from the Alpha meeting. I get the feeling that it has nothing to do with the merging of our packs and everything to do with Zeus's new powers.
• Zeus and Zane are downstairs keeping Phoenix entertained while I search for Zeke. Just as I expected, he is pouting where his bed used to be. I slip into the room and close the door behind me. He doesn't look up when I sit next to him.
