- Even though my dad is refusing to train me as his replacement, I haven't stopped studying. Alpha Boyle wouldn't put me through all of this not to make me his Beta. Frankly, it is time for my father to step down and let me take over.
- I am poring over one of the Beta training handbooks when there is a knock at my door. A small red-headed Omega peeks her inside and smiles.
