• We picked up Zander from Grandfather’s in the late afternoon. He could kind of tell something was wrong with Amelie, but Amelie wasn’t ready to share the details with him. I wasn’t going to say anything because I didn’t want to break her trust. Plus, it wasn’t my story to tell.
