• After we all piled into the limo, we set off for the penthouse. Eliza was almost asleep next to Amelie, meanwhile Logan and Zander sat across from each other and were playing on their phones. Biscuit was lying upside down on Zander’s lap, and I could hear his little puppy snores.
• I was holding Amelie’s hand, and we talked about redecorating the bedrooms for the kids. Logan had said he wanted a hockey-themed room, and Eliza wanted a pink princess room. I guess she had decided that she no longer wanted to be a queen. Instead, she wanted to be a princess just like Amelie.
