Chapter 58 The Invite

• Nathan had left this morning before I had even woken up. Yesterday’s day in bed was just what I needed. The stress of Zander’s surgery, the apartment fiasco, and exams were starting to weigh on me. It was like Nathan could read me and provide me with exactly what I needed. We decided that with Trudy being at the penthouse, I would move into Nathan’s room immediately. After studying for most of Monday, I headed off to visit Zander at the hospital. When I arrived home, all my clothes had been moved to the “hers” closet in Nathan’s room.
• I headed downstairs and was greeted by Trudy in the kitchen, “Ms. Cavanaugh, is there something I can get you?”
