Chapter 175 No Survivors

• Amelie’s POV
• I can’t believe we only have one day left of our honeymoon. We’ve spent the last few days doing everything and anything on Maui. A full day private tour on the road to Hana, getting up before the sun so we could see the sunrise on Haleakala, and ziplining in the tropical rainforest. Nathan has made this the best trip I’ve ever taken, and I think my body configuration is now 30% pineapple.
• Today is our last full day in Hawaii. I wake up to my limbs entangled with Nathan. He looks so peaceful sleeping. I feather my fingers lightly through his ebony hair. How did I get so lucky to have this man love me, I think as I stare at him. I lift my head and gently brush my lips against his. He mumbles and smiles in his sleep. I should just let him sleep, but my leg is literally falling asleep. I slither myself out of his grip and head towards the bathroom, limping as I try to wake up my leg. A bubble bath would feel amazing right now, so I run the bath. Nathan had bought me some Hawaiian ginger bubble bath, and it smells amazing.
