• I sat behind my desk, my fingers drumming against the wood as I stared out at the papers in front of me. I still had Elgin's words playing in my head, and though what he said wasn't all that bad, I couldn't shake this bad feeling. I had treated Mimilia in the worst possible ways one could think of, and the fact was she was my wife and wasn't supposed to be treated that way. I had done some vile and formidable things to her, one of those included cheating on her with her best friend.
