• Sophie and Lisa managed to escape the journalists, though the experience left Sophie feeling shaken. Despite the chaos she was feeling inside, she resolved to stay focused on her work. As she arrived at her office, she took a deep breath, straightened her shoulders, and entered the building with a determined look.
• Throughout the day, Sophie poured herself into her tasks, working diligently and efficiently. Her colleagues, aware of the media frenzy, offered her sympathetic glances but respected her need for space. No one asked her about the story because their boss had instructed them not to interfere. By midday, she had nearly forgotten about the turmoil waiting outside.
• Near the end of the workday, Sophie’s boss, Mr Gable, called her into his office. His office was spacious, with large windows that offered a panoramic view of the city. The walls were lined with bookshelves, filled with law books and accolades, testament to his long and successful career.
