Chapter 14

• “Oh my God!” shouted Sophie.
• Lisa started crying and Sophie hugged her and let cry till she felt better. She went into the kitchen and prepared toasted bread with miso chickpeas and avocado. She made coffee and brought it all to the dining room for them to have as breakfast.
• After eating, Lisa felt better and told Sophie the whole story. She started with how Matt used to borrow a little amount of money from her but always returned them. That’s what made her let her guard down.
