Chapter 34 Forgiveness

• "You don't really mean that Mer" I was really hurt by what she said. "Well I do mean it... We're nothing but friends, and you've made that point clear." She said coldly and I slammed my fist hard against the wall. "Why are you making it seem like those were my words?? They are yours... Now if you'll excuse me." I couldn't take it anymore and held her back then kissed her but she pushed me back and slapped me. "I could fire you for this" I said, rubbing my cheeks. "Don't worry sir, I'll be quitting there's no need for you to waste your time" she said as she opened her door. "No I'm sorry, I didn't mean that" I went after her but she slammed the door shut on my face.
