Chapter 26 You Look Hot

• I was so exhausted when I got of work. All the drama that happened today and this night made me tired. I couldn't stop myself from thinking that Chris was the owner of the bar. But if he was, why didn't he just tell me and how many properties does he have and why was he keeping it from me??. I tried to shake off the thought by thinking of the weird outfit I wore and how I stood out wearing it but then people have always stared at me all my life so I easily adapted. I checked my watch as I made my way out of the bar and it was 2:03am. "Christian would probably be sleeping right now", I said to myself. "Why would you say that?" Someone said. I turned to find the stranger and saw him approaching me. As he drew nearer his face became clearer, "Christian?" I called. "What are you doing here??" I asked. "Well I told you I was regular here didn't I??" He said tucking a strand of lose hair behind my ear and then putting his hands inside his pocket. "Were you waiting for me??" I asked curious. "Sort of" he said. "But how did you get in?? I didn't see you come in..." I said furrowing my brows. "Well VVIP's have a special entrance" he said smilingly. "VVIP?? How are you a VVIP??" I was getting more curious. I met as well use the opportunity to get him to admit he's the real boss of this place. "You know what?? That's enough question for me, why did you wear the skimpy clothes?" He was trying to avoid the question. I guessed he predicted where the conversation would lead to. I frowned but decided to play along convincing myself that he would tell me at the right time. "I didn't wanna be an odd ball. Wait... You saw all that??" 'then are you the one who stopped him from harassing me?' I wanted to add but held myself back. "Yeah I did, and you looked breathtakingly hot with your beauty and features. I never knew you had a good figure until today" he smiled and winked at me. "You literally had heads turning..." He added, "you should wear that and go on a date with me sometime" he said teasing me. I shot him a death glare, "did you just tease me? Do you want a death wish?" He shook his head acting all innocent then approached me. "Come on, let's get outta here. You must be tired and you have first period tomorrow" he took my hand and led me to his bike then tossed me a helmet. "Waow, you've really studied me. Did you memorise my timetable as well?" I teased him and he gave a warm laughter. "Get on the bike Meredith.. let's get going so you can rest better".
