Chapter 22 Late For The First Period

• Christian's POV
• I woke up to find myself at Meredith's place then I checked my phone and it was six in the morning... I could not believe that I slept in her house, she could've woken me up but it seemed like she didn't wanna disturb me, 'wow, she never fails to surprise me' I thought. I looked around and everywhere was tidy and well arranged, it made me wonder when she had done everything and then went to bed. I headed towards her room to tell her that I was leaving but found her sleeping so peacefully. I wanted to jump into the bed next to her and hold her close to me but I held myself back like I have always done from kissing her and telling her exactly how I feel. Anytime I try to, one or two things would ruin the moment. "I am really head over heels in love with this girl" I said out loud. I realized what I had done and quickly turned to make sure that I didn't wake her up and luckily, I didn't.
• You could tell from her wrinkling her face that she was really exhausted. After contemplating for a couple of minutes, I decided to let her sleep even though she might wake up later and scold me for not waking her up to get ready for her first period. "I love you" I whispered to her and gave her a kiss on her forehead before leaving. I left for my own block and immediately I got in I just threw myself on the bed. Thirty more minutes wouldn't hurt by the way.
