Chapter 44 A+

• “Liam”, I say through my teeth, trying to get him off me, but he won’t move. I feel his weight on me, pressuring me on the door. “You can’t go”, he says like an enraged dog. “You--you are hurting me”, I’m saying with difficulty, and only then his grip loosens and I can finally breathe. “I am sorry, but you can’t leave, not now that you’re here”. At first, his words sound sincere, from someone that is still in love. But I can see, there’s nothing pure in his saying, but only something sinister.
• “I am here, I won’t go anywhere”, I try to calm him down, having this gut feeling that my life might be in danger. I start walking inside as he follows me, taking my previous seat. He decides to sit right next to me, and his eyes have this deadly look, one you will notice in killers. At this point is where I realize why I kept on falling for him, refusing to leave his side. It all makes sense, why a person that was there for me, loved me with all his might, decided to betray me and then leave me behind.
