• After returning from the work trip, Sarah decided that she would stay home for a while to spend time with her children. It had been sometime since she spent quality time with the twins. A different issue was always coming up and getting in the way of that quality time with Liam and Robyn lately. But not today.
• Sunlight streamed lazily through the large bay windows of the living room, casting soft gold across the white and black marble floor, and bathing the laughter of the children in warm colours. Robyn was curled beside her mother, tracing the glittery outlines of the fairytale stickers she’d just plastered across the pages of her drawing book. With the glittery silver crown that Sarah had gotten quite recently to add to her insanely growing collection of pretty little tiaras, perched delicately on top of her hair that her mother had portioned in cute pigtails—the adorable little girl looked every inch a charming princess.
