• Phil was invited to the library by Don Pablo, who wants to talk to him about what transpired. Pablo already knows about Phil's relationship with one of the housekeepers thanks to Juana. Don Pablo wanted to talk to Phillip when things were a bit less chaotic, so it took him a few days to do so.
• Pablo calmly spoke to Phil, "I've heard about your connection with one of the servants, Phil, and to be honest, no parent will approve of that, especially since we've already arranged for your marriage to Cecilia.
• Phil was only listening calmly; he is aware that his father's counsel is always sound and is simply waiting to see this time if he would be able to withstand it.
