Chapter 19

• Annika did not go directly to her cabin that night; she wanted to visit Captain Magnus. "I need to meet the captain tonight; this is not good; I am in serious danger," she reflected. When she arrived at the captain's cabin, she wasn't sure whether she was doing the proper thing, so she just knocked on his door.
• At first, no one is opening the door; she tried twice but nothing happened, so she planned to turn back, but then someone opens the door and asks her, "Annika?" "Annika surprised Captain Magnus by knocking late at night on his door. "Please come in, and why are you here at this time?" the captain said as he led Annika through the door and onto the sofa.
• "Something awful happened to me today, captain, and I'm not sure what to do, so I came here to talk to you about it." This may be sent to your office tomorrow morning, but I just want to explain what happened, “Annika said to the captain as tears welled up in her eyes. "Tell me what happened today," the captain replies.
