Chapter 53 The Principle Of Interrogation
- The principle of interrogation was one of the topics we treated back in school when we were offering the criminal law course. And this principle supports or rather, quotes the fact that holding a person or a suspect responsible before even asking whether or not they committed the said crime would likely make the suspect to out themselves, and that was what I did right there with Mr Wade.
- I never really liked the idea behind the principle, I mean, as a normal human being you have to ask before reaching conclusions, but I threw that ideology of mine out the window and went with what I was taught in school, and I glared at him as I asked the question.
- “ Why didn't you?” I asked again, lowering my voice so that the camera wouldn't catch what it is that we were discussing.
