Chapter 115 The End, And The New Beginning

• It's been two years. Two years since I let Hakim through my door and into my heart. Although, technically, I didn't only let him into my heart, I also let him into my pants. He had confessed that he came to Atlanta to see me, to ask me for forgiveness, and to make me fall in love with him all over again.
• Life has been great. I spent a few more months in Atlanta before returning to Central city. I also went back to Lawsa law firm and resumed my duties as the Head of the department of criminal cases. Even though what I actually wanted to practice was corporate law, but I didn't give it much of a thought, because criminal law was far more fulfilling than corporate law could ever be.
• Dominic and Mr Churchill were still around, but Francis left to go join Cole in his law firm. And oh, Dominic is now dating that fake girlfriend of his. I guess the saying “ fake it till you make it” worked out for both of them.
