• The judge nodded, and Thomas spoke. “Allow me to bring forth Mr. Jackson. The accused boyfriend. Miss Isla in question had a boyfriend before she went on the business trip with her boss. And all of a sudden, she returns claiming to love the boss she barely knew.”
• Jackson walked into the courtroom, his eyes swept around the room as eyes were staring back at him. He searched for Isla but she was nowhere around the hall. He walked to the witness stand.
