Chapter 200 Office Affairs

• Isla's legs wobbled as she walked into the bathroom, her hands clenching loosely on the wet towel that was wrapped around her body. Noah watched as she staggered to the bathroom, he felt the urge to help but it wasn't in his place to help his clumsy secretary.
• Gently, Isla closed the door to the bathroom and turned on the shower. She began to peel off her dress that stuck to her body. As she tried to walk into the empty tub, she tripped on her heel, straining her ankle as her body fell to the ground with a loud thud.
• The sound startled Noah who was now on his laptop working. He gently removed his eyeglasses as his eyes moved to the bathroom door. He sat down waiting for the next sound to assure him that she was fine but there was nothing.
