Chapter 26

• She stood in the balcony of the master bedroom admiring the beautiful scene outside. The night was so calm and it gave her some peace and tranquility which she has been yearning for quite for a while. The soft breeze of wind coming from outside caressed her face and hair feeling her lungs with fresh air.
• Suddenly her cell phone rang and for a second she thought that it was David calling. The moment she looked at the caller ID, she was somehow disappointed because it was Mark Scott’s name she saw.
• His voice beamed over the other side as he said greeted her “Hello Betty, How have you been? You decided to keep quiet since the day of the wedding.”
