• The Delano Towers, as it was to be named, was going to be the most prestigious business house in the city, boasting a mall, movie screens, shopping arcades and game arcades. But most importantly, the offices of Piers Delano and his mob would be situated on the topmost floor.
• Many business houses had already made down payments for offices in the building, for the name Delano was, in itself, a brand. The prestige that came with having offices there was unmatched.
