• Zoe was busy scanning the provision shelf for what else to add to her cart, when she felt a tiny hand tug at her hair. “Ouch,” she exclaimed, gently prying the baby’s fist loose.
• The mother was busy conversing with one of the supermarket attendants, and hadn't noticed her baby's tight grip on Zoe’s hair. When Zoe couldn't free herself, she gently tapped the mother, drawing her attention.
• “I'm so sorry,” the mother apologized, gently prying her baby’s grip on Zoe's hair.
