Chapter 20 Her Limits

• I think I finally hit a nerve with Alissia. Not with the explicit sexual content, or the breaking into offices, or even the hacking. No, what seemed to rattle her was the idea of using someone’s secret affair against them. For someone who claims to have no limits, who says nothing phases her, she sure looked affected by that.
• As I walk back into my apartment, the weight of her reaction lingers. Not that I have time to dwell on it. There’s too much to do before I see her again. I’m not just keeping tabs on her for fun—I need to make sure no one else is accessing her laptop like I did. Plus, I plan on sitting with her when we watch the fallout from those pictures. I have the work schedules, and the guy isn’t in until nine, which gives me time to make sure everything is in place.
