• I decided to give them a chance. What's there to lose? Being a pregnant werewolf, I would need special care. Our circumstances were unusual, and no human would know what to do. I'd never been pregnant before, but I knew something felt off about this one. I couldn't explain it other than something felt like they were sucking the life right out of me. Had I been a human, it would make sense. But being a werewolf, it shouldn't be this extreme. I wasn't normally dramatic. But here I was, being a big ole drama queen.
