Chapter 29 Frank
- We arrived at my uncle's mansion, a grand structure with high walls and a sense of old-world beauty. The guards knew us and let us pass without question. The mood inside was tense, with a strong sense of expectancy. My uncle, Valentino, sat at the head of the long table, surrounded by board members. They all wore faces of varied degrees of suspicion and anxiety.
- Valentino's eyes narrowed when he saw us enter. "Frank, Antonio," he said with a brusque nod. "I hear you've been busy."
- I met his gaze evenly. "We do, Uncle. There's an issue with Big T that requires rapid attention."
