Chapter 146 Only For The Meantime

• I went to my room and got the box I had been keeping for the previous few months ever since I found out I was pregnant and I knew that he deserves this. It would be the best moment to tell him the truth, now that my due date is just a few months away, not because I need him for financial aid but because he does have the right to be told the truth. As soon as I locate the box, I nervously exhale, but I am unable to explain how my heart is pounding since I am unsure of how to begin explaining to him.
• I take a few minutes inside to gather my thoughts before I nervously head out of my room and find Kieran standing in our living room with no couch. He looked over to me as soon as he saw me, "If I knew that you needed things here, I would have sent some things for your comfort."
• I shook my head sideways and walked towards him, "It’s okay with this, to be honest." I smiled as I kept holding tight onto the box as if I am getting some strength from it the more I walk closer to Kieran. "This apartment is tiny so it does not really need any more glamorous furniture. Like a minimalist."
