Chapter 61 Nothing To Fear

• Everyone from the audience gasped and squealed as soon as that thunderous explosion filled our ears. For a second, I thought it was a loud gunshot, so I quickly looked over to Myriam who was already crying aloud as my feet the flashed me back toward their table. My heart was thumping so hard in my chest because the explosion happened and I was not on their side and if something else had happened, it would be in my conscience.
• I held onto Myriam as she cried the words ‘carry me’ repetitively. I obliged and carried her over my arms, "There is nothing to fear, I am here now." I whispered to her ears as I tried to stop her from crying. I look over to Lincoln and Lukas whose eyes are widened in shock as they have fixed their attention at something. "Link? Lukas? Are you boys alright?" I asked them worriedly.
