Chapter 32 Fucking Kieran

• Later that night, after having their awesome dinner, I tucked Lukas and Lincoln to sleep as soon as they finished brushing their teeth in peace. They became their usual selves once again and I had avoided the chance of worrying about how they were acting earlier in the day, I guess the cold milk bath had helped them ease their thoughts down. The twins are now dressed in similar pajamas with Marvel superheroes printed on them which made them look totally adorable. I am carrying Myriam in my arms effortlessly as she was dressed in her wonderful pink Disney pajamas as she is already fast asleep with her head resting on my shoulder while I try to fix the twins’ blankets on their respective beds as the clock says it was alright half past nine.
• I looked around and wished that I had this kind of room when I was a child but then I was brought to the sad reality that with the poor life I have lived, it was hard to actually look back at the things that happened to me. My past was still traumatizing in some way but I try to overcome it all since it has been long years since it happened and I never really wanted to blame my parents for everything that happened.
• Their bedroom was filled with hues of blue from their walls down to the flooring, up to their ceiling, blankets, bed sheets, curtains, and pillows. The entire room seemed like a haven with blue hues which looked really nice. Each bed had a respective massive frame that says Link and Luk in bold capital letters to know who sleeps where. On the foot of their beds, there was a large treasure chest, one for each twin, where they can put their toys inside, and in the far corners of the room had their own furnished dark wooden study table which resembles the ones in a CEO’s office. Compared to the first days when they only leave their toys around after playing, I have managed to teach them how to return them after using their toys.
