• Becca, bored of staying in the living room, decided to head up to Kai’s room. She opened the door slowly and walked into the dimly lit room, her brows furrowing. “You don’t like the lights turned on in your room, do you?” she muttered, noticing the darkness. As she wandered around, not finding him, she wondered aloud, “Still bathing?”
• She explored the room, her eyes drawn to the shelf filled with trophies. Suddenly, she heard the sound of a door opening. Turning, she saw Kai stepping out of the bathroom, a towel wrapped around his waist.
• “Oh, you’re out,” she said softly. Kai, clearly startled by her presence, flinched and quickly looked away.
