• By this time, Becca is already with her father in the company and Alan had left hours ago. She had been helping her dad sort out one thing or the other.
• “You have been smiling my dear, did Alan tell you anything?” her father asked her after noticing she hasn’t stopped smiling with anything she is doing.
• “Dad, he always says something.” She replied and his eyes grew wide childishly
• “Okay, what this time?” he smiled and she rolled her eyes, making a low laugh too.

• “Fine fine, you don’t want to tell dad.” He replied with a side smile and raised his hands in the air like he is surrendering himself.
• “It’s good Alan told you something but I hope he didn’t spill some things.” He chuckled and she carved her brows at him.
• “What do you mean?” Becca asked him with a straight face and he shrugs.
• “What do I mean?” he replied as he squints his eyes at her and got up from his seat.
• “Yeah dad, what exactly?” she replied with a shrug. Mr. Maverick crossed his hands as he walked to her and crossed his hands around her shoulders.
• “You should not mind me, let’s go home and have dinner.” He replied instead and Becca gave in.

• Kai sat calmly in his sturdy room, his focus unwavering as he patiently waited for Tony and the few other men he had instructed to join him. Tonight marked the execution of his plan to kidnap Becca, a task he approached with ruthless determination.

Kai's voice grew stern as he emphasized his instructions, "Remember, I don't want any harm to come to her. Just bring her back to me." He paused briefly, his tone firm, "Keep her alive, but make sure she remains silenced."

• “Darling, you can’t go anywhere now.” Her father said to her and she shrugged
• “I know, I have to get Alan something, I forgot to earlier.” She replied
• “But babe…” Alan called and she gave him a pleading face.
• “I know I should not leave now, but I should.” She sighed
• “Why? Then I’ll go with you then.” He replied and she shook her head hastily.
• “No, I won’t take time.” She replied as she turned away to leave.
• “Becca!” her dad called aloud.
• “I will use my car now, ya’ll wait!” Becca exclaimed as she ran away out of the mansion.
• “Should I not go after her?” Alan laughed
• “Hmm, she will be back.”
• The black car was parked far ahead Maverick’s mansion. Kai’s men were patiently seated in the car. Tony could look through the side money and could see a red sports car drive out of the gates, speeding past them.
• “Did you see her yet?” Kai’s voice came up from the phone
• “Yes boss, we’d have her in few minutes.” He smirked as he revived his engine and drove away.
