Chapter 33 Avery & Drake

• “I told you.” Donny whispers, ignoring Drake and the hurricane of anger rolling around him. He leans closer, his lips next to my ear, purposefully inciting more of his brother’s rage. His antics are a breath of fresh air, a giggle floats past my lips, and I swear Drake flinches hearing it. My skin tingles begging me to acknowledging his molten lava stare.
• “Donny,” Drake snaps, demanding our attention return to him. “What. Are. You. Doing?” Each word comes out in individual bites, forced through a clenched jaw.
