• The waiter walked to his table and placed his bill next to the empty carfare. Benjamin brought out his wallet from the pocket of his jacket and took some notes out of it. He put the money in the money and stood up from his chair. He walked to the door, turned the handle and pulled it open. He walked out through it. He went to the car park, unlocked his car and got in.
