Chapter 29 ~

• ~ Where is she now? ~
• Lady Mother strode through the foyer, her footsteps mixed with the murmur of the residence. Harshly breathing several times, she had no choice but to submissively wait for a reply from Delphine. Noticing every now and then, a few members of the coven would steal glances at her, their expressions were that of inquisitiveness. Some had been bold enough to offer Lady Mother a brief smile with a nod.
• Lady Mother stood at the foot of the flared stairs, her back turned as she took a deep breath, still feeling uneasy over the whole situation. Steading her racing thoughts, Lady Mother tried to focus on the better things and a positive outcome. Thinking of the possible outcome had only caused Lady Mother to fret more. She wondered what her next move should be, caught in a swirl of emotions. One side of her mind accepted Rosa as kin. The other side of her brain could only see the fathlia aspect. The part that if invoked, was more dangerous than a natural disaster.
