• Fiona’s POV
• “How dare you!” I gritted out with barely restrained rage while angry tears slid free from my eyes down to my cheeks in a steady flow. The loud slap echoed through the tiny stall, freezing time for a moment. My chest heaved with anger as adrenaline surged through my veins, my hand stinging from the force of the impact. My palm still burned from the impact, as if my anger had physically manifested and leaped onto Jin’s face.
• "How fucking dare you?!" I glared at him, my eyes blazing and my lips trembling with words I couldn't yet form except for those words I gritted out earlier. My body trembled—not with fear, but with the barely contained rage that had been building inside me for what felt like an eternity. What was up with every one of them today? First Jin and Soren, then Kai and Lyn. I couldn’t fucking keep up.
