• Arianna stood still with confusion on her face, trying to make sense out of the nonsense that came out of Natalie's mouth.
• Before she could get herself together, the door of the elevator had come to a close.
• "What the hell?" She mumbled to herself, then proceeded to her desk area. She placed her bag on the table, then turned around to take a glance at Alexander's office. Through the glass-walled door, She saw Alex standing by the window, looking outside. He seemed deep in thoughts and he had both of his hands in his pocket.
