• "Why is she so quiet? Is she always like that or she's just in a bad mood today?" She referred to Kaylee who's attention was still on her book. Her back was turned against Beatrice and Arianna.
• "Kaylee always keeps to herself. She could go on for days without talking to anyone; not even her younger sister." Beatrice said with a sad look on her face. "She prefers keeping herself busy with her books or watching cartoons on her iPad."
• "Have you ever tried to talk to her? Perhaps to find out why she's like that?"
