• Just as Alexander Clay had requested, Denise helped herself out of his room after she had calmed down a bit from crying.
• She wanted to say goodbye to her grandchildren but she decided not to because she was not in a good state. It was for sure that Kaylee was going to ask her what the matter was and she couldn't bring herself to lie to the little girl.
• Her conversation with Alexander was totally unexpected. It hit her really hard and she badly needed some alone time to cry over it and probably have a long talk with her husband.
