• When she realized why he was here today of all days, she exclaimed, "Ruslan, the media don't care about me or my wedding! "You are shit out of luck if this is some idiotic attempt to gain some favorable media coverage by appearing to care about me rather than being the nasty step-brother of this Cinderella image they constructed! Nobody is interested in me! No cameras or video teams are present to document your pitiful attempt to save yourself! • Amanda ignored whether he was arrested or not as she turned her back on him and left. It was unjust of Ruslan to visit her on the day of her wedding because Ernest had worked so hard to plan the event, and it was also unfair to Ruslan because he would upset her and cause her to question everything once more. She froze in uncertainty as she worried about Ernest's reaction to the news. She could ask Paul and Claire not to tell him, but she wasn't sure that their allegiance to him trumped her wishes.
