• Through each painting, the five other ladies had a conversation, describing the character's qualities they liked and despised as well as the reasons they had rejected it. As Amanda put on the dress and the outfit's designer, Rochelle, surrounded her, making last-minute adjustments to the skirt and bodice of her gown, she had listened, both moderately amused and quite perplexed by their theories about her and Ernest's relationship.
• She chuckled and said, "It's lovely, but I don't think I could grow my hair that long in just twenty-four hours."
• Selena softly remarked, "With a few extensions to thicken it out a little, you could completely carry off that style. Your hair is really long enough." You hardly see the bandages when you walk down the aisle, so it's not very Cinderella.
