• The crowd was silent as I glanced at the first guy, recognizing him from somewhere. Was this just a coincidence, or was he the one Ella had arranged for me to meet before the party? I wasn’t sure, but I knew I had seen him before. He approached me, looking quite sharp. Who wouldn't want to dress nicely for a date? Jayden wore a navy blue suit, and my eyes were glued to his face, not really noticing his shoes. He smiled at me, and I relaxed my shoulders, eager to hear what he had to say.
