• Am I really getting old? When I look at myself in the mirror, I can see my reflection. The few wrinkles on my forehead were there even before Derek stopped being intimate with me. The crow's feet were also there. Or maybe there are more now? I need to be honest with myself. Nelly was here yesterday, and no matter what complaints I had, she always related them to lack of sex. She finds it amusing and says it with good intentions. But deep down, it complicates things in my heart and it pains me, even though I try to laugh it off.
• I've always told her that I feel more comfortable in my own house and find it hard to leave. Initially, I agreed to spend two weeks at her place. But as the day got closer, I started feeling like I didn't want to go anymore. I politely told her that I don't think I'll be able to make it, and she said I'm becoming an introvert. She believes it's affecting my self-esteem and showing in my behavior.
