• Ava’s POV
• My breath caught. One second Kira was there, looking all brave, and then Daniel, Fabio's huge right-hand man, just grabbed her and dragged her away. She disappeared down the hall so fast.
• Then, before I could even think, Fabio's hand was around my waist, pulling me back into his bedroom. It happened so quickly, I couldn't even breathe right. The door slammed shut with a loud click, and suddenly the room felt small and scary.
