Chapter 84 Searching for Laura

• I rushed out of my room and checked the other rooms in the same block, just in case she had gone into one of them. I checked from one room to the other but there was no sign of her, nothing to show that she was even there.
• I searched the five other rooms on that block and headed downstairs. I began to check the rooms downstairs while calling her name but I didn't see her nor hear her voice. My heart began to race, what could have happened to her? I was still a stranger to most part of the building and so I had to check thoroughly, but there was no sign of her.
• Maybe she had gone to make the food herself as she had openly expressed her disapproval of the new maid. I just hoped that it was the case. I rushed down to the kitchen but then she wasn't there. The building had two kitchens, but the one upstairs had not been equipped, however I still checked for her there before coming down.
