Chapter 110 A moment of weakness

• It had been almost two hours since the little drama between the ladies and I occurred. I have eaten the meal which caused the problem anyway but I was still unable to get in contact with Laura. What? Did you think I would let that food go to waste after the deed had already been done? Maybe if Laura had persisted, I might have given it to someone else to eat just for peace to reign, but since she wasn’t here, I’d just enjoy the meal… it is not like she is going to know, how is she gonna know?
• Forget the food, it has been buried deep down in my stomach already. Right now I was more concerned about my relationship with Laura. She was not picking my calls and honestly that made me nervous; it has been a very long while since we had such serious disagreements and I didn’t expect it to blow up so quickly. Like, it is just food, why is that supposed to be such a big deal?
• I kept calling her number nonstop, hoping that she would get tired and decide to pick my call. I was pacing around in my room as I did that, and then there was a knock on the door. I wanted to ignore it because these knocks were mainly the cause of my problems, but then it would be my Grandma knocking and it would be quite rude to ask who was at the door before opening it.
