Chapter 13 Am I Ugly?

• I walked out to the hallway immediately and went to her, “Laura, what is wrong?” I asked in curiosity. She was just seated there; shedding tears and that got me wondering.
• She was silent at first, I mean aside from the sob sounds, and she didn't even want to look up at me. I touched her shoulders and squatted down in front of her so that we could be on the same length level.
• “Laura, please tell me what is wrong, why are you crying? Did anyone say anything to you?” I asked again, I noticed that she was still wearing the clothes I saw her in earlier today and her purse was lying on the floor beside her.
