• His eyes ate trained on me like a predator, I snatched my eyes away from his well-structured face. Why is he staring at me like he's going to devour me anytime soon? As soon as I took my eyes away from his figure, he sauntered to the spotlight, I puffed out a sigh of relief and my eyes caught up with Nicholas, but he pretended he didn't see me as he twirled his head towards the stage. I silently scoffed, not knowing if I should be mad or coolly. Just last night, he told me he was only here in Paris to peek at my face, he further said he misses me so much that he would pursue me to anywhere in this planet just to see me every day.
• But he never told me he was here for the banquet, I'm so confused now, why wouldn't he tell me, What could be his plans? The applaud from the audience startled me, I came back to reality to see Nicholas getting on his feet, he moved his seat backward and marched to the stage in gentleman strides.
